After over a decade in the British military — including operational deployments, instructing recruits and supporting NHS hospitals during the pandemic — Callam Alexander made the transition from military life to civilian purpose and founded Rapid Waste Removal Ltd.
That experience in the 29 Commando Regiment Royal Artillery remains at the heart of RWR. Today, Callam works alongside Team Leader Scott, a Staff Sergeant with 22 years in 29 Commando, connecting the company's foundation with decades of proven leadership and service.
The mission changed. The leadership, work ethic and respect for people did not.
